McMartin Engineering Corp. is a general contractor company formed by Eng. Juan M Ramirez. The company has been operating in the San Juan, Bayamón and Manati area for the past two years, working on small scale construction, repair, and alteration projects focusing on industrial contracting. With the business boom that is occurring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to shift its target market from residential clients to the medium commercial customers. The 2003-2006 business plan will lay out our goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive market.
